Does the price include delivery?
Yes, the price you see is a delivered price.
Do you deliver Saturdays?
Yes, although Saturdays incur a 25 surcharge, so many of our customers choose a Friday delivery.
CanI specify a time?
You canspecify delivery in the morning for an extra 10.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices quoted are always fully inclusive delivered prices so there are no nasty hidden extras.
Are the 1 tonne bags returnable?
No, the bags are single use only, although they can be useful for collecting hedge clippings etc in the garden.
How much notice doI need to give for delivery?
As long as your order is received before 2.00 pm you can have delivery the next day. We don't deliver on Sundays orMondays.
Do you deliver to where I live?
We cover the whole country! Simply select the postcode where you want the delivery.
WillI receive an invoice or receipt?
The confirmation email is your invoice and receipt.
How are the logs delivered?
Delivery is kerb-side, using a tail lift offload; for larger quantities a tipper wagon is used.
Do I have to be home when the delivery is made?
It can be arranged for the delivery to be left without a signature; we would need prior notice of this. However, for a tipper wagon delivery, it is essential you are at home.
